Who We Are

Nia Wassink, MNM – Owner and Principal


Nia has worked in the nonprofit sector for over a decade. Most recently, she served as Executive Director of Voices For Children CASA of Boulder County. Prior to that, she was the Business & Development Director with Blue Sky Bridge, a Child Advocacy Center, which also works with abused and neglected children. In addition to working in the nonprofit sector, Nia volunteers her time as the Board President of the Acorn Early Learning Center, as a member of Zonta Foothills Club of Boulder County, and formerly on the Board of Colorado CASA and as the Board President of Boulder Youth Body Alliance.

Prior to moving to Colorado, she was the Assistant Director of the Michigan Interscholastic Forensic Association, providing statewide competitions for students in speech, debate, and theater. Nia received her undergraduate degree in Sociology from the University of Michigan and her Master’s Degree in Nonprofit Management from Regis University in Denver.

Wassink lives in Longmont with her husband and cats, where she keeps busy by refinishing furniture and the occasional piano session.
